Amy Grant To Release First Album In A Decade
Amy Grant will release her first full-length studio album in ten years on May 14. How Mercy Looks From Here was produced by Marshall Altman (Natasha Bedingfield, Matt Nathanson) and is stacked with guest appearances by James Taylor, Carole King, Sheryl Crow, Eric Paslay, Will Hoge, and of course, husband Vince Gill.
“Don’t Try So Hard,” featuring James Taylor, is the first single from the project.
Grant is six time Grammy winner who has sold more than 30 million records. She has dedicated the new album to her mother who died in 2011. Her mother’s request: sing something that matters.
