The Williamson County farm owned by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill is for sale for $20 million. Located south of downtown Franklin and east of Lieper’s Fork, the property at 4009 Carters Creek Pike is more than 750 acres.
Four residences are located on Bear Creek Farms, including an antebellum home built around 1850, a restored log home and a 12-stall barn with caretakers’ apartment.
