Morgan Wallen has unveiled the full track list for his brand new album I’m The Problem, set to release May 16.
The superstar rounds up plenty of friends for this latest project, including Post Malone, Tate McRae, Eric Church, Ernest and Hardy, and he co-wrote 22 of the whopping 37 cuts on the album, curating a collection that’s both personal and resonant, while viewing life through a different lens than he’s used in the past.
Following up last year’s monster hit with Post Malone, “I Had Some Help,” (which recently topped two billion streams) Wallen doubles down with a new collab with Malone “I Ain’t Comin’ Back,” due out tomorrow (April 18). Written by Wallen, Malone, Hardy, Ernest, Louis Bell and Ryan Vojtesak, “I Ain’t Comin’ Back” features a clever kiss-off, as a guy leaves his relationship, vowing never to return.
The album opens with the title track, “I’m The Problem,” a double-edged confession that reveals the complexities of a relationship at its lowest and concludes with “I’m A Little Crazy,” a quiet, contemplative song that looks inward while examining the world outside. 49 songwriters contributed to the expansive new project, including Ashley Gorley, Chase McGill, Josh Thompson, Jessie Jo Dillon,Chris Tompkins, Josh Miller and many more.
“A lot of the concepts and things we said were a little more difficult with this album,” Wallen says of the writing and refining process. “We were trying to dig deep on things and trying to find new angles. And I feel like we did that. I feel like there’s a lot of stuff that I haven’t said in this record, which I’m really, really proud of.”
Wallen has teased the new album tracks during appearances on NBC’s Saturday Night Live and Theo Von’s This Past Weekend podcast, and he recently became the first artist ever to have two albums spend over 100 weeks in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart. He’ll kick off his “I’m The Problem Tour” June 20 at NRG Stadium in Houston.

Jelly Roll Wins Country Tour Of The Year At 36th Annual Pollstar Awards

Jelly Roll took home the Country Tour of the Year award for his “Beautifully Broken Tour” at the 36th Annual Pollstar Awards on April 16 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
The Ryman Auditorium also received recognition, being inducted into the Pollstar Hall of Fame along with Barrie Marshall, Louis Messina and Stevie Nicks.
iHeartRadio personality Valentine hosted the 36th Annual Pollstar Awards. This year’s ceremony honored the most innovative and successful artists, tours, companies, venues and executives, with other award winners including Bad Bunny, Billie Eilish, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Missy Elliott, Taylor Swift, who notably won Major Tour of the Year for the second consecutive year for her ongoing “Eras Tour” (having also won at the previous 35th Annual Pollstar Awards), Usher, and more.
Major highlights include Dead & Company‘s Residency of the Year award, accepted by John Mayer and Bob Weir. Eddie Vedder spoke for The Music Festival of the Year award win for the Ohana Festival, and Missy Elliott took the stage to receive her Hip-Hop Tour of the Year award.
The evening celebrated industry icons with Pollstar Live! Hall of Fame inductions and prestigious award recognitions, honoring those who have made a lasting impact on live entertainment. Nicks was inducted by presenter Jimmy Iovine, and fellow inductees including Messina, Marshall (introduced by Brian Ray and Rusty Anderson of Paul McCartney’s band) and the Ryman Auditorium (presented by Bob Weir) were also honored.
The Personal Manager of the Year award was a tie between Irving Azoff (presented by his first client, Kevin Cronin of REO Speedwagon/the Kevin Cronin Band) and Coran Capshaw (presented by The Strokes’ Albert Hammond, Jr.). The Lifetime Achievement award was presented posthumously to Gary Kurfirst by Jerry Harrison of Talking Heads.

Brad Paisley To Headline NFL Draft Concert Series

Brad Paisley will headline the NFL Draft Concert Series presented by Bud Light on Saturday, April 26, closing out the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay. The free event will take place at the Draft Theater near Lambeau Field.
“There’s nothing like football to bring people together and the NFL Draft is where it all begins,” said Paisley. “As a lifelong fan, I can’t wait to help close out an unforgettable weekend — with a little music and one heck of a party.”
Paisley is a three-time Grammy winner with nearly five-billion career streams. He is set to kick off his “Truck Still Works World Tour” on May 21.
“We’re excited to welcome one of country music’s biggest stars to the Draft,” said Tim Tubito, NFL Senior Director of Global Event Presentation & Entertainment. “Brad understands how football brings people together. Milwaukee-based choir members from the James Weldon Johnson Foundation’s National Hymn Choir will sing “Lift Every Voice,” directed by Ben Bedroske, and singer-songwriter Stephen Wilson Jr., will sing the national anthem from the Draft Theater stage on the first day. As part of the weekend’s entertainment lineup, a drone show is set for Friday, April 25, following Rounds 2–3 of the Draft. In addition to the live performances, Titletown will host Draft Experience presented by Jersey Mike’s from April 24-26; this event invites fans to participate in a 40-yard dash, take on football drills, meet NFL Legends, grab photos with the Lombardi Trophy and more.
General fan viewing for the Draft Concert Series is free and standing room will be on a first-come first-served basis. The area will remain open throughout Draft programming. Ryan Necci Signs With Warner Chappell Music Nashville & Southern Pacific Music

Americana singer-songwriter Ryan Necci has inked a worldwide publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music (WCM) Nashville & Southern Pacific Music.
A Wisconsin native, Necci was introduced to music by his parents’ country and folk records. Shortly after graduating from UW—Eau Claire, he founded Ryan Necci and The Buffalo Gospel, an alt-country group where he serves as lead vocalist. In 2013, they released their debut album We Can Be Horses and have released a collection of more records and EPs since.
In 2022, the band released “If I Was The Last Man,” penned by Necci, and has since garnered over 600k Spotify streams. This past March, the group released The Letting Go: Part 1, a six-track EP that will precede a new full length album later this year. In addition to his band, Necci has also worked with Lori McKenna, Jim Lauderdale, Stephen Wilson Jr., Flatland Cavalry, Ashley Monroe and Luke Grimes.

Indie-pop group The Wldlfe has signed with Riser House Records.
Wldlfe members Jansen Hogan, Carson Hogan and Jack Crane have built a loyal fanbase fueled by a steady stream of releases. The trio burst onto the scene with their breakout EP New, 2016 and have played to sold-out crowds across North America throughout 2023 and 2024. West Virginia Music Hall of Fame Hosts 10th Annual Induction Ceremony

The West Virginia Music Hall of Fame held its sold-out 10th annual induction ceremony on Saturday (April 12) in Charleston, West Virginia, inducting 2025 honorees Jeff Stevens, Daniel Johnston, Cam Mullins and The Valentinos (a.k.a. The Womack Brothers).
Hosted by Asleep at the Wheel’s Ray Benson and West Virginia’s own Juliana Soltis, the ceremony featured performances from Luke Bryan, Stevens, Benson, Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy, Kathy Mattea and more.
Among the many highlights from the evening was Bryan taking the stage to perform with Stevens. Stevens has penned No. 1 hits for artists including Bryan, George Strait, Tracy Byrd and Tim McGraw. His award was presented by Dale Bobo, catalog strategist for the Sony Music Publishing’s Nashville office.

“Such a special night for me to come celebrate with my longtime producer and songwriting buddy Jeff Stevens,” said Bryan. “From the moment we met, it just clicked and I never looked back, only forward. He has helped teach me how to do this business the right way by working hard and treating people good along the way. Congratulations on being inducted to the WV Music Hall of Fame.”
Wilco Co-Founder Tweedy was also on hand to present Daniel Johnston’s posthumous award to the honoree’s brother and sister, Margie and Dick Johnston. Johnston’s songs have found a dedicated fanbase all over the world. Tweedy, who performed and recorded with Daniel, performed three of his favorite Johnston songs with his band during the ceremony, which included many other memorable moments as well.
An edited version of this year’s Hall of Fame ceremony will air on West Virginia Public Broadcasting on May 3 at 7 p.m. ET and will be made available to stream on YouTube and PBS Passport the same day.

Warner Music Nashville Sets Commercial Partnerships Team

Warner Music Nashville has promoted two in its Commercial Partnerships Team.
Katherine Firsching has risen to Director, Commercial Partnerships and Blair Poirier to Manager, Commercial Partnerships. Both report to Senior Vice President of Radio & Commercial Partnerships, Kristen Williams.
“Katherine has an innate ability to foster relationships with partners and artists alike. She has a driving spirit to learn and win, that is why she is the best choice as we grow our team,” Williams shares.
“Blair has an incredible skill set in DSP account management,” Williams adds. “She has flawlessly managed the workload while also building fantastic relationships with our premiere DSP accounts.”

Drake Milligan Slates 2025 Schedule With ‘In Concert’ Tour

Drake Milligan has announced a slew of dates that slate his 2025 schedule opening for stars like Lainey Wilson and Luke Bryan as well as his own headlining shows.
The Texas native and 2025 MusicRow Next Big Thing artist, has charted multiple hits on iTunes and recently opened for Blake Shelton, with whom he performed a viral duet of George Strait’s “All My Ex’s Live In Texas.” The upcoming tour will launch with Milligan’s Stagecoach performance, set for April 25.
For select dates throughout “Drake Milligan In Concert,” fans can purchase VIP tickets, which provide a unique experience including early entry, an exclusive acoustic performance, and a group Q&A session with Milligan himself ahead of the show.
