“In what has been the most challenging year of my career, both personally, and professionally, it became clearer, and clearer, as I got closer to the end of 2025, that if I were going to continue in 2026, I had to clean the slate so to speak, and start fresh,” shares Nail. “What better way to start fresh, than to start over. This dream began with me, a guitar, and the songs. Just me, as raw, and real as the music can be. No band to hide behind, or to carry me each night. It’s just me, and I’m as excited as I’ve been in a decade…”

Brothers Osborne Commemorate ‘Pawn Shop’ With Special 10-Year Anniversary Edition In February

Brothers Osborne are celebrating 10 years since the release of their breakthrough album Pawn Shop with the release of Pawn Shop (10 Year Anniversary Edition), due out Feb. 13 via MCA.

The new album honors the project originally released in 2016 that introduced the duo’s sound and marked a defining moment for Brothers Osborne. It became a cornerstone of their career, producing multiple career-defining singles for the duo upon its release, including “Stay A Little Longer,” which reached No. 1 at country radio and earned a Grammy nomination for Best Country Duo/Group Performance. Another standout, “It Ain’t My Fault,” climbed into the Top 10 and also received a Grammy nomination.

Out today, the duo shares “Love The Lonely Out Of You (Live Pinebox Version),” accompanied by a lyric video recorded in John Osborne’s Pinebox studio. Captured in a single take, the performance strips the song down to its emotional core, highlighting the honesty and songwriting that first connected the duo with fans.

To commemorate the milestone anniversary, Pawn Shop (10 Year Anniversary Edition) will be released on vinyl alongside three limited-edition 7-inch collector vinyls, each offering a unique pairing of newly released recordings, demos, or live versions from the Pawn Shop era. The songs selected from Brothers Osborne were intentionally chosen because they have never before been released in a physical format, giving fans the first opportunity to own these tracks on vinyl. A special international release will include a single LP compiling all six songs.

The full anniversary edition will also include the previously unreleased song “Pins And Needles.”

The Store Opens Second Location On TriStar Centennial Medical Center Campus

The Store officially opened its second location in Nashville yesterday (Jan. 14) on the campus of TriStar Centennial Medical Center on the ground level of TriStar Centennial’s B Garage at 311 23rd Ave North.

Corporate and private donations helped make the buildout and operations of the new location of The Store possible. Co-founded by Brad Paisley and Kimberly Williams-Paisley, the nonprofit offers a free, referral-based grocery store to families and individuals in need across Middle Tennessee and emphasizes dignity and choice, allowing customers to select from a variety of fresh produce, meats, dairy products and pantry staples.

The Store’s original location opened in 2020 on Belmont University’s campus and served nutritious food and support services to 2,200 families in 2025. Due to the growing hunger crisis, the demand for The Store’s services continues to grow, and the wait list has substantially lengthened. The opening of the second location will provide the opportunity to more than double the number of families currently being served.

“We are very thankful to TriStar Centennial and to all of the wonderful individuals and corporations all over the country providing financial support for this mission,” says Kimberly Williams-Paisley. “We also couldn’t have done this without the hundreds of volunteers assisting our staff to help make this all come together. Together, we aim to help our customers get to the place where they won’t need The Store anymore, where the next time we see them will be when they come through our doors as one of our volunteers. That’s our dream.”

The Store utilized more than 3100 volunteers in 2025 to stock shelves, assist customers, and execute year-round programming. With the addition of the second location, The Store will need 275 volunteers each week and welcomes individuals, families and organized groups to volunteer. Given the increased size, The Store’s new location will also offer emergency clothing and provide shopping trips for persons referred by Centennial staff and other partners.

“The new store at Centennial reflects what’s possible when a community comes together with compassion and purpose,” says Collen Mayer, The Store CEO. “At nearly three times the size of our original store, with expanded storage and volunteer space, this location will allow us to serve twice as many neighbors—meeting the growing food need with dignity and love.”
