Kevin Welch enjoys his fifth week at No. 1 on the MusicRow Top Songwriter Chart, with Laura Veltz still positioned at No. 2. Ashley Gorley rises from No. 11 to No. 3 with SMACKSongs’ Shane McAnally and Josh Osborne follow at No. 4 and 5.

Shay Mooney rises into the Top 10 with the Dan + Shay hits “Tequila,” “Speechless” and “Back To Life” supporting him.
