For August 2017, the Recording Industry Association of America certified 184 Song Awards and 50 album awards. Several country albums from Lee Brice, Chris Young, Florida Georgia Line and Justin Moore were certified platinum, while more than 20 singles from Nashville-based artists earned gold status.
