It highlights how dedicated we are to the UK (and related territories) in breaking our artists through and building on their ever-growing fanbases. This is a natural expansion of our original mission, and I can’t thank David and his incredible team enough for this opportunity,” said Scott Borchetta, President and CEO of the Big Machine Label Group.
“Few would bet against Scott Borchetta succeeding in his mission to take his artists and their music to a wider audience in the UK,” said David Joseph, Chairman and CEO, Universal Music UK. “He’s an exceptional discoverer of new talent, whose new team is ready to build on what our labels have already achieved here. I’m looking forward to supporting them as the UK chapter of the Big Machine story unfolds.”
