Crow Relists Tennessee Ranch Property

December 31, 2013/1 Comment/in Featured /by Caitlin Rantala

Sheryl Crow has relisted her Tennessee ranch, located at 6664 Cross Keys Road in College Grove for $3.85 million. The property was originally listed in March 2010 for $7.5 million. The property features a 10,433 sq. ft. equestrian estate, 51 acres and a 14-stall horse barn. The property also features a theater room, a saltwater pool with fountains, two garages, and two shaded arbors. Each bedroom includes a full bath, walk-in closets and pastoral views of the property.
A guest house property that includes two bedrooms, an attached two-car garage and a separate storage building is being sold separately.

How about donating it to ALL the underemployed underground songwriters in Nashville? tax write off and a great legacy to the arts …. a retirement community so to speak 🙂 Island Mountain Pat
