Cody Johnson, Ella Langley, More To Headline Inaugural Braves Country Fest
/by Lorie HollabaughThe inaugural Braves Country Fest presented by Truist is set to take place June 13.
Presented by the Atlanta Braves and Live Nation, the day-long festival will feature free activations and performances at The Battery Atlanta, followed by a concert inside Truist Park featuring headliners Cody Johnson, Ella Langley, Ernest and Mackenzie Carpenter.
Prior to the show inside Truist Park, Braves fans will be introduced to some emerging acts in country with the Braves Country Hot Prospects showcase on the Whiskey Jam stage at the Georgia Power Pavilion at The Battery Atlanta. The Braves Country Hot Prospects showcase, which is a non-ticketed, free event, will include appearances from rising country artists from across the Southeast including Zach John King, Scoot Teasley and Colton Bowlin.
“It has been our goal to create Atlanta Braves experiences that extend beyond the game of baseball, and Braves Country Fest presented by Truist will be an incredible celebration of the rich country music culture that permeates throughout Braves Country,” says Braves President and Chief Executive Officer Derek Schiller. “We designed The Battery Atlanta and Truist Park for events like this, allowing us to engage fans and showcase celebrated artists in an environment unlike any other. We believe this will become a destination event for fans across Braves Country while helping support the incredible work of the Atlanta Braves Foundation.”
Events taking place in The Battery Atlanta will be free of charge and open to all fans. Tickets for the Truist Park concert, including individual tickets, group and VIP packages, will go on sale to the general public Jan. 30 here. A portion of all proceeds from the event will go to support the Atlanta Braves Foundation.
Grammy Awards Premiere Ceremony Taps Darren Criss To Host

The ceremony’s opening number will feature a performance by current nominees Grace Potter, Israel Houghton, Lila Iké, Maggie Rose, and Trombone Shorty. Other artists scheduled to perform include current nominees Criss and Helen J Shen, Spiritbox, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, and Zara Larsson. Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason jr. and Chair of the Board of Trustees Dr. Chelsey Green will provide opening remarks.

Minnesota Country Club Sets Inaugural Festival

The Red Clay Strays and Treaty Oak Revival are set to headline the inaugural Minnesota Country Club Festival, taking place July 10-11 at Harriet Island Regional Park in St. Paul.
Along the Mississippi River, the festival will have performances from over 15 artists across two stages. Additional acts include Charley Crockett, Jessie Murph, Stephen Wilson Jr., Trampled By Turtles, Charles Wesley Godwin, Jesse Welles, Richy Mitch and the Coal Miners, Paul Cauthen, Chance Peña, Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Buffalo Traffic Jam, The Last Revel, Elizabeth Nichols, Sons of Habit, Boy Golden, Next of Kin and Nico Welsh. The Beach Boys will also appear as special guests.
Minnesota Country Club Festival will be the city’s second festival from C3 Presents, following two editions of Minnesota Yacht Club Festival.
Presale will begin this Friday (Jan. 30) at 10 a.m. CST, with any remaining tickets on sale to the public following the presale.
Willow Avalon Signs With Electric Feel Management

Willow Avalon has signed with Electric Feel Management. Electric Feel will co-manage Avalon alongside Mark Shami.
A Georgia native, Avalon began playing piano in church and taught herself guitar at age 12, as well as quickly turning to songwriting.
Her debut EP, Stranger, has racked up over 30 million streams. Avalon has shared stages with artists including Charles Wesley Godwin, Paul Cauthen, Cage the Elephant and more. In January 2025 she released her debut album, Southern Belle Raising’ Hell.

Max King Inks With Lady Luck Songs

Singer-songwriter Max King has signed an exclusive publishing deal with Lady Luck Songs.
Originally from Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, King began writing songs while attending Belmont University, where he earned a degree in Music Business. Influenced by country’s story-driven approach and the energy of rock, King crafts songs with memorable hooks and relatable stories that straddle genre lines. His songwriting credits include songs recorded by Lecade, Eddie and The Getaway, Callie Prince, Paxton Peay, Sam Stoane, and more.

Tenille Townes has expanded her run of dates for “The Living Room Tour,” adding stops in Nashville, Seattle, Portland, Cleveland, Newport, Regina and more. Tickets are on sale now.
Terra Lightfoot, Corrina and Chris Buck Band will join as special guests on select dates.
Billed as “an acoustic evening with a girl and her guitar,” “The Living Room Tour” will feature Townes alone on stage, performing in theaters and intimate venues.
Among the newly announced dates are special performances in Calgary on April 23 and April 25, where Townes will be joined by the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra for two unique evenings. The shows will be Townes’ first ever performance joined by a full symphony orchestra.

Cameron Whitcomb, Josh Ross, Meghan Patrick Among JUNO Award Nominees

The winners will be revealed on stage in Hamilton, Ontario at The JUNO Awards Gala Presented by Music Canada on March 28, and The JUNO Awards Broadcast at TD Coliseum on March 29.
Cameron Whitcomb is making his JUNO Awards debut, earning five nominations, including a nod for Country Album of the Year alongside Josh Ross, Meghan Patrick, James Barker Band and Brett Kissel.
“The JUNO Awards showcase the best of Canada’s music and the powerful role culture plays in driving tourism and economic growth,” says Stan Cho, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Gaming. “Ontario is proud to support events that celebrate our artists, attract visitors and highlight our province as a leading destination for live entertainment and cultural experiences.”

Country To Country Adds To 2026 Lineup With The Bluebird Cafe, Song Suffragettes & More
/by Lorie HollabaughCountry To Country 2026 has announced that the Bluebird Cafe, Song Suffragettes and the Official Afterparties are all part of the lineup of events for this year’s festival, which returns to The O2 in London on March 13-15.
The Bluebird Cafe is celebrating 10 years at Country to Country in 2026. The seated show in the intimate O2 Blueroom will be a songwriter’s round, with each artist taking turns to talk about their relationship with The Bluebird, their songwriting, and the stories behind their music. Over three shows, Emily Ann Roberts, Aaron Raitiere, McCoy Moore, Jade Bird, Mae Estes, Tyce Delk, Meg McRee, Liam St John and Jeff Cohen will perform. The special events go on sale to the general public on Jan. 30 via c2c-countrytocountry.com.

A favorite among C2C fans, The Official Afterparties also return in 2026. These special performances followed by a DJ set keep the party going after the main stage headliner has finished. Taking place in Indigo at The O2, Emily Ann Roberts performs on March 13, Jackson Dean on March 14, and Ashley Cooke on March 15. The sets will be followed each night by Rattlesnake Johnny, spinning country favorites until the evening wraps.
Jackson Dean has also been confirmed to co-host the main stage alongside Bob Harris OBE, introducing each artist before their performance. The festival stage artists and more are yet to be announced, and these special events go on sale Jan. 30 via c2c-countrytocountry.com.
