Steve Smith, proprietor of the Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, along with Terri Clark, The Roys, T.G. Sheppard, Jett Williams, Kelly Lang and David Ball unveiled the newly redesigned neon alley sign behind the long-standing honky tonk.
