Chris joins our litigation partners, David Boren (California) and Jonathan Plaut (Massachusetts and New York) to give our litigation practice a scope and capability that is unparalleled for an IP/Entertainment boutique of our size.”
Chip Petree also adds, “Chris is a great friend, a tremendous lawyer and passionate advocate who further enables our office to provide a comprehensive range of services to our clients. And as a native Nashvillian, Chris also brings a deep understanding and appreciation for the history, traditions and collegiality that makes our Nashville music community so unique.”

iHeartMedia’s Bobby Bones Delivers TedXNashville Talk
/by Jessica Nicholson“If you can fail, and you can get back up, and you learn from why you failed…that’s where success comes from,” Bones told the audience, citing the initial failures of successful people such as Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, Michael Jordan during his talk. “Being part of a TedX Talk has always been a goal of mine, and the first time I threw my hat in the ring to do one I was actually rejected, which is kind of poetic as it’s the foundation of my talk and a big part of my outlook on life. Just to keep going, with your eye always on the end game, whatever that may be.”
