iHeartMedia’s Bobby Bones Delivers TedXNashville Talk

May 12, 2017/by Jessica Nicholson

Bobby Bones, host of iHeartMedia’s The Bobby Bones Show, recently delivered a TedXNashville Talk to a packed crowd at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center. Bones shared his “Winning By Losing” message, a look at how losing often kickstarts the motivation that paves the way for success.

“If you can fail, and you can get back up, and you learn from why you failed…that’s where success comes from,” Bones told the audience, citing the initial failures of successful people such as Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, Michael Jordan during his talk. “Being part of a TedX Talk has always been a goal of mine, and the first time I threw my hat in the ring to do one I was actually rejected, which is kind of poetic as it’s the foundation of my talk and a big part of my outlook on life. Just to keep going, with your eye always on the end game, whatever that may be.”
