Three concert promoters have formed an alliance and opened offices on Music Row. Gary Weinberger, President of Red Mountain Entertainment (RME); Russell Doussan, President of Blue Deuce Entertainment (BDE); and Jim Green, President of Green Machine Concerts (GMC) have set up offices at 1028B 18th Ave. S., Nashville, Tennessee.
