Ella Langley Breaks All-Time Billboard Hot 100 Record

Ella Langley has officially broken the record for most weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with “Choosin’ Texas,” notching its 23rd week in the top spot. The tune surpasses Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You.”

“Choosin’ Texas” first appeared on the Hot 100 in November 2025, marking Langley’s fifth career entry on the chart. The song reached the top 10 in January and hit No. 1 the following month, later setting several chart records.

The Hot 100 combines U.S. streaming, radio airplay and sales data across all genres. Sales include physical singles and digital tracks purchased through full-service digital retailers, while digital single sales from direct-to-consumer sites are not counted.

Langley is currently amidst her “Dandelion Tour,” with upcoming stops in Knoxville, Tulsa, Des Moines and more through October.
