Tanesha Bradshaw Elevated To VP Of Human Resources At K-LOVE
Tanesha Bradshaw has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at K-LOVE, the parent organization of leading Christian radio networks K-LOVE and Air1.
In her new role, Bradshaw will continue leading the ministry’s people strategy and oversee key human resources functions across the organization. She will report to Chief Legal and Compliance Officer Brooklyn Belk.
Throughout her career, she has developed a track record of collaborative leadership across core HR disciplines, including employee and labor relations, benefits administration and strategy, policy development and process improvement, talent management and workforce planning. The Georgia native holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Middle Tennessee State University, and a Master of Theological Studies from Lipscomb University. She is also an ordained minister, wife of a minister, and devoted mother.
