Gavin Adcock Readies New Album For October
Gavin Adcock will release his new studio album, The Day I Hang It Up, on Oct. 2nd via Thrivin Here Records LLC under exclusive license to Warner Records Nashville.
The new project marks his third album in three years, following last year’s 24-track Own Worst Enemy, which boasted over 25 million U.S. streams in its first week. His most recent full-length project, Country Never Dies, released in March, brought together Hudson Westbrook, Ashley Cooke, Braxton Keith, Lanie Gardner, Vincent Mason and more for collaborations on some of country music’s most iconic hits.
“The last 5 years have been the wildest time of my life,” says Adcock. “I’ve been through nearly everything a person could imagine, writing songs and living on a damn tour bus. Through all of that I’ve stood up to my darkest demons, laughed in the face of adversity and kept the pedal down letting out music for my fans. Some artists come in, make a couple records, and disappear for the rest of their life. For me? Imma be doing this shit ‘til the day I die. I wanna thank every single one of y’all for rockin’ with me on this wild ride.”
Named a Pandora 2026 “Country Artist to Watch,” Adcock’s releases thus far have surpassed 2.4 billion streams globally. He is currently amidst his headlining “The Day I Hang It Up Tour.”
