Dylan Scott Nabs Seventh No. 1
Dylan Scott has earned his seventh No. 1 single with “What He’ll Never Have.”
Written by Scott alongside his brother Logan Robinson, Ricky Rowton and Robbie Gatlin, the song has amassed over 400M global streams to date. The track was named by ASCAP as one of the most-performed country songs of 2025.
“Grateful to notch another No. 1 in the belt,” says Scott. “Country radio and the country music fans have been too good to me. To the kid who grew up in Bastrop, Louisiana that dreamed of having a No. 1 plaque on his wall, we got seven now buddy!”
“What He’ll Never Have” is the lead track on his latest studio album Easy Does It, an 11-track collection released in May 2025. The single joins his collection of chart toppers including “This Town’s Been Too Good To Us,” “Boys Back Home” with Dylan Marlowe, “Can’t Have Mine (Find You A Girl),” “New Truck,” “Nobody” and his first No. 1 “My Girl.”
Scott is currently amidst his “Till I Can’t I Will Tour,” which wraps May 30 in Texas. He is set to release his first new track of the year, “Slow Down Ol’ Son,” on Friday (April 24).
