Rising country artist Walker Montgomery has signed a label deal with Red Street Records.
The son of 90’s hitmaker John Michael Montgomery, Walker has already carved his own unique path in country, earning more than 93 million global streams on his independently-released tracks. He made his Grand Ole Opry debut in 2024, and his viral cover of “I Love The Way You Love Me” has garnered more than 45 million views on TikTok. He is set to release his first single via Red Street, “Saving The Honky Tonks” on April 3.
“Walker Montgomery- what a talent! From his standout vocals to the energy of his live show, this kid has what it takes to be a star,” says Red Street CEO Jay DeMarcus. “It’s only the beginning for Walker, and I’m honored that he chose Red Street Records to partner alongside him on the journey.”
“This has been a hard secret to keep! From my first time meeting with the crew over at Red Street Records, I knew that I wanted to call this label home,” adds Montgomery. “I appreciate Jay DeMarcus and the whole team for putting their trust in me. Excited to see where this journey leads!”
Montgomery will kick off his “Saving The Honky Tonks Tour” on April 9 in Charlotte.
