March 25, 2026/by Lauryn Sink

BMI’s Rooftop On The Row Series will return for its eighth season in April.

“BMI is a champion for the songwriter and Rooftop on the Row has evolved into the ultimate stage for that mission,” BMI’s AVP Creative Nashville, Mason Hunter shares. “We are fortunate to head into our eighth season with growing momentum surrounding this series and we are proud to give our artists a place for Nashville to witness its next ‘big thing.'”

The invitation-only series will kick off April 21 with headliners Zach John King and Aniston Pate, emceed by Love On The Spectrum’s Tyler White. Throughout the summer, performers will include Avery Anna, Tyler Halverson, Julianna Rankin, Drew Baldridge, Chase Matthew, Pynk Beard and Bryan Martin. The final installment will serve as the official kickoff to AmericanaFest on Sept. 15, with performers to be revealed in the coming months. DJ Smoke will return to perform between live sets at each event.

Since its inception in 2017, the series has hosted notable artists such as Kaitlin Butts, Colbie Caillat, Wyatt Flores, Riley Green, Ella Langley, HARDY, K. Michelle, Vincent Mason, Lukas Nelson, Billy Strings, Morgan Wallen and Tucker Wetmore.
