Sierra Hull, Infamous Stringdusters, More Set To Play WinterWonderGrass Steamboat
The 13th annual WinterWonderGrass Steamboat Festival returns to Steamboat Springs, Colorado on Feb. 27-March 1.
Taking place over three days, this year’s event will feature 30 bands across four stages, blending up-and-coming acts with some of most beloved artists in Americana, bluegrass and roots music. The lineup will include The Devil Makes Three, Leftover Salmon, the Infamous Stringdusters, Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Elephant Revival, Sierra Hull, Andy Frasco (Artist at Large), Lindsay Lou, Moontricks and many more.
WWG offers fun for the whole family, from skiing or riding the legendary Champagne Powder on Steamboat Mountain to catching free pop-up shows at Thunderhead Lodge, or exploring the Kids Zone featuring Town Hall and Steamboat Creates. Since its inception WWG has featured the best in local brewers and crafters, and Taste of WonderGrass complimentary tastings take place every day in the three large heated music tents.
The festival also offers Camp Coletrain, a two-day immersive music workshop presented in partnership with Coletrain Music Academy. This year, the professional music workshops will be led by Coleman Smith of Yonder Mountain String Band on Feb. 28 and March 1. Camp Coletrain is open to musicians of all levels, welcoming adults, teens, and kids ages 6–12, and the experience is free for WinterWonderGrass ticket holders.
Single day tickets are on sale now along with various ticketing options at winterwondergrass.com/steamboat.
