Treaty Oak Revival Readies ‘West Texas Degenerate’ For Nov. 28

November 3, 2025/by Lorie Hollabaugh

Treaty Oak Revival will release their third studio album, West Texas Degenerate, on Nov. 28.

The new collection is an unvarnished portrait of life on the edge in boom-and-bust West Texas, capturing the chaos, heartbreak, addiction, and resilience of the hard-working people of that area. The record tells the stories of people just trying to get by, fall in love and make sense of the wreckage, and includes the band’s recent singles “Happy Face,” which has already amassed 83 million streams, and “Bad State of Mind” which has 75 million streams.

“This album is about growth, coming of age, overcoming adversity, and the concept that even though your hometown may not define you, it will always be a part of you, wherever you may land,” says lead vocalist/lyricist Sam Canty. “We want this record to bring Treaty Oak and small town West Texas living to the world.”

Treaty Oak Revival is set to top the bill at Red Bull Jukebox in Nashville on Nov. 15 after recently wrapping a tour in Australia. They’ll return to the U.S. for a string of shows and festival appearances through the end of the year and into 2026, including a special hometown performance in Odessa, Texas at Ector County Coliseum on Dec. 11.

The band has quickly become one of the most explosive forces in country and rock with over 1.4 billion global streams, 6.8 million monthly Spotify listeners, two self-released Gold albums (No Vacancy and Have A Nice Day), and five Platinum singles.
