Second Family Alliance In Music Support Grant Applications Now Open

The second Family Alliance in Music Support Grant is open now through Dec. 1.

The grant was created to support music professionals as they navigate the challenges of caregiving, parenting and family life, and offers $25,000 to help individuals and small businesses navigating caregiving responsibilities while working in music. The grant will be awarded to an individual seeking assistance in one of the following categories:

– Fertility Assistance: For those pursuing parenthood through fertility treatments
– Needs-Based Grants: For live touring professionals facing financial hardship due to family demands
– Family Caregiving Assistance: For those balancing their careers with caring for a loved one
– Small Business Benefits: For small music businesses looking to provide employee benefits that support family needs
