Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group Names All-Female C-Suite

Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group CEO and Founder Lou Taylor has named an all-female C-suite.

Peggy Stephens (Chief Operating Officer), Heather Kinder (Chief of Staff) and Deedra Carroll (Chief Deputy Director) make up the new executive team. With this appointment, they make up one of the only all-female executive leadership teams in the financial and entertainment business management sectors. Currently, women represent fewer than 20% of C-suite executives nationally.

“This is not an optics decision – it’s about excellence and equity,” says Taylor. “Peggy, Heather and Deedra embody the values that Tri Star was built upon: integrity, precision and service. Equity has been long overdue in our field, and this team is proof of what’s possible when fairness and opportunity are prioritized.”

Since joining the organization, Stephens has played a key role in optimizing operations, streamlining processes, and improving the client service experience for both the Nashville and West Hollywood offices.

As Chief of Staff, Kinder has implemented strategic initiatives and has led internal cultural improvement. She has also spearheaded team development and client relations.

Carroll is responsible for overseeing operations, systems, risk and team empowerment across the Tri Star infrastructure.
