Cooper Alan Reveals Track List For Debut Album ‘Winston-Salem’ [Exclusive]

October 17, 2025/by Lauryn Sink

Cooper Alan is set to release his debut album Winston-Salem on Nov. 7. He shared two new tracks from the project, “Roots” and “BOS,” today.

Winston-Salem, named for Alan’s North Carolina hometown, is split into two sides, with “Winston” reflecting on family, fatherhood and personal roots, while “Salem” features rowdy tracks that Alan is known for.

“I’m beyond excited to finally share a body of work that captures every side of who I am,” shares Alan. “Winston-Salem is more than just a collection of songs—it’s a reflection of the highs, lows, and everything in between that have shaped me. From the raw, emotional tracks that dig into the heart of my story, to the wild, off-the-wall songs that showcase the fun and unpredictable side of me, it’s all here. I couldn’t have made this without the support of fans and a team who continue to encourage me to chase authenticity above all else; staying true to what I want to say and how I want to sound. This record is a ride through every corner of my world, and I can’t wait for you to experience it with me.”

Alan co-wrote all 20 tracks alongside Kyle Sturrock, Ben Williams, Matt McKinney, Joybeth Taylor and Seth Mosley, among others. “BOS” and “Roots” arrive on the heels of Alan’s previous releases, “Hard Acre,” “Holy Ghost,” “Dale Dickens (RIP)” and “Plead The Fifth.”

Earlier in the year, he completed his headlining “To The Bar Tour,” selling out the majority of dates. In addition to the tour, Alan launched The Cooper Alan Foundation earlier this year which supports mental health organizations and causes.
