Autumn Ledgin Launches Ledgin Management, Taps Red Light For Strategic Partnership [Exclusive]

Manager Autumn Ledgin has officially launched Ledgin Management, with Tucker Wetmore as her flagship artist and Red Light Management serving as a strategic partner. Ledgin has helped guide Wetmore’s career since 2023, the beginning of his rapid rise.

The two immediately clicked when they started working together that year. Just a year later, Wetmore burst onto the scene with back-to-back Billboard Hot 100 entries: his RIAA Platinum and double Platinum debut singles “Wine Into Whiskey” and “Wind Up Missin’ You,” the latter marking his first No. 1 at country radio.

Earlier this year, Wetmore released his critically acclaimed debut album, What Not To, which became the biggest new artist country debut in 2025 and has since racked up more than 1.2 billion total global streams. A nominee for both ACM New Male Artist of the Year and CMA New Artist of the Year, Wetmore recently wrapped touring as direct support on Thomas Rhett’s “Better In Boots Tour,” while his follow-up single “3,2,1” is climbing inside the Top 20 at country radio.

With Wetmore’s momentum showing no signs of slowing, Ledgin is pouring her full energy into his next chapter.

“To do this job the best, he has to be my sole focus,” she tells MusicRow. “I stepped out on my own for him, not just to start my own firm. I want to give him the attention he deserves.”

She’s intent on helping him expand beyond the country space.

“In my eyes, he’s so much bigger than just one genre. He is bigger than just a musical artist. He truly feels called to entertain in every way, and I think that the muscle of a company like Red Light can help give us access to those things.”

Ledgin began her career as a promoter rep for longtime talent buyer Greg Walton before becoming the first employee at Good Company Entertainment (GCE), a joint management venture with Red Light. A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, she served as a day-to-day manager for GCE’s roster, working with artists such as Jake Owen and Larry Fleet. In 2023, she joined Back Blocks Entertainment, where she met Wetmore. Returning to Red Light through this new partnership, she calls the move a “homecoming” that reunites her with trusted colleagues.

“I’m thankful and honored that Coran [Capshaw] wanted to partner with us,” she shares. “There’s no one else in the music industry who has built a management empire the way he has. Working with him motivates me to be the best leader possible. I’ve also always respected Ben [Kline], and getting to work with him now is an honor. Ben has been incredibly helpful in navigating certain elements of the business. Having him as support is proving to make a world of a difference.”

Red Light’s Ben Kline adds, “We are beyond excited to partner with Autumn at Red Light. The Tucker Wetmore breakout success is a testament to his incredible talent, hard work and their collective vision for the future.”
