ARC Business Management, co-founded by Tate Henshaw and Lorne Clark, has formed a strategic partnership with Jason Moll CPA, a Nashville-based tax advisory practice serving entertainment, high-net-worth and small business clients.

The collaboration marks a significant expansion in ARC’s growth, establishing a physical presence in Nashville. The combination brings tax preparation and compliance services in-house for ARC, enhancing its capabilities alongside its business management and asset management offerings. Moll will join ARC as a senior leader with responsibilities spanning tax operations, client development, and cross-department collaboration.
