October 3, 2025/by Lauryn Sink

Andrew Cohen.

Alltroo has added Andrew Cohen as Senior Manager, Partnerships. In this role, Cohen will spearhead collaborations across the entertainment, music and nonprofit sectors with a focus on Nashville.

“Andrew is a natural connector and a proven leader in Nashville’s creative community. His vision for what’s possible aligns perfectly with Alltroo’s mission, and we couldn’t be more excited to grow our presence in Nashville, an entertainment capital that shares our passion for giving back,” says Kyle Rudolph, Founder & CEO, Alltroo.

A Belmont University alumnus, Cohen began his career in 2011, co-founding YEP (Young Entertainment Professionals), a networking and resource hub that grew to over 40,000 members. He built a multifaceted career at Crush Music and his own management & consulting firm, Cohencidence Projects, working with artists including Brittney Spencer and Andrew Jannakos.

Most recently, as Director of Music & Strategy at Down Home, Cohen contributed to music integration for film, TV and experiential events. He was a lead producer for the sold-out Music City Rodeo across three nights at Bridgestone Arena, raising six figures for charity and attracting over 36,000 attendees.

“Giving back is a cornerstone of the Nashville entertainment industry and getting to help facilitate opportunities to do that through Alltroo is a dream come true. I’m so excited to be in the space where I get to unite this incredible creative community with the ability to harness fandom to do some real good for the world. Kyle and the Alltroo team have created something special and I’m thrilled to be joining them for the ride,” adds Cohen.

He can be reached at andrew@alltroo.com.
