Matthew West To Celebrate The Season With New Holiday Album, Tour

September 11, 2025/by Lorie Hollabaugh

Matthew West is getting into the Christmas spirit a little early with the announcement of his new holiday album, Come Home For Christmas, due Oct. 10.

Come Home For Christmas features a blend of original songs and timeless holiday classics, all wrapped in West’s signature storytelling style. Among the traditional favorites on the project are “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” “Joy to the World,” “White Christmas” and “O Little Town of Bethlehem.”

West will share the holiday spirit with fans on the “Come For Christmas Tour,” which will kick off immediately following West’s beloved “Come Home For Christmas” weekend in Nashville. The fourth annual weekend begins Dec. 4 with limited passes available. West’s book Come Home For Christmas is also available now on his website ahead of the holiday season.

The hitmaker recently celebrated his cut on Jon Reddick‘s “No Fear” reaching No. 1 for 10 consecutive weeks on Billboard‘s Christian Airplay chart, marking his 38th No. 1 as a songwriter and artist. Before hitting the road this December, West will embark on his extended “Don’t Stop Praying Tour” in November.

Come Home For Christmas Track List:
1. “Come Home for Christmas”
2. “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year”
3. “Joy to the World”
4. “Because of Bethlehem”
5. “White Christmas”
6. “O Little Town of Bethlehem”
7. “Dysfunctional Family Christmas”
8. “Gobble Gobble (Kids Version)”
