Noah Thompson Makes Grand Ole Opry Debut

Noah Thompson, country artist and American Idol winner, made his Grand Ole Opry debut on Saturday (May 31), performing “Kids Like Me” and his debut single, “Upbringing.”

Thompson was asked to make his debut by Carrie Underwood when he returned to the American Idol stage last month.

He recently released his six-song EP, Kids Like Me, which is laced with themes of small-town struggles, grit and resilience.
