Hueston To Release New Album ‘Huey’ In March

Hueston will release his new album, Huey, on March 7 via UMG’s Silver Wings Records.

Hueston initially gained attention as the frontman of the indie/alternative duo The Blancos, where he refined his unique musical style. Following a personal transformation, he now creates music under his own label, Young Hueston, LLC, with distribution through Silver Wings Records. In his solo work, Hueston blends storytelling, guitar playing and vocals to produce music that strikes a deep chord with listeners. His songs explore the challenges of personal and professional growth, shifting from introspective and somber to bold and daring, while maintaining a core of soulful expression.

“Huey is more than just an album; it’s a journey through the highs and lows that have defined my path so far,” shares Hueston. “Each track dives deep into everything from personal struggles and the clarity that comes with overcoming them, to love songs exploring the complexities of relationships. I hope this record resonates with anyone on their own path of self-discovery and authentic growth.”

The album includes a collaboration with UG Skywalkin on the track “Right Now,” bringing an added energy to the project. Additionally, previously released songs “Bottle In My Hand” and “Living Fast” are also part of the project.

Ahead of the release of Huey, Hueston will release behind-the-scenes footage and live studio performances of album tracks, offering a glimpse into the creative process. A special merchandise collection, inspired by the album’s themes and artistry, will also be launched to celebrate its release.
