Weekly Register: Country Albums Chart Closes 2024 With Christmas-Filled Top Five
The top five on the country albums chart consisted of Christmas collections as 2024 came to a close.
Brenda Lee‘s Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree ascended to No. 1 with 53K in total consumption (1.5K album only/66 million song streams), as Bobby Helms‘ A Bobby Helms Christmas took No. 2 with 44K (5 album only/57 million song streams). Gene Autry‘s Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer and other Christmas Classics rose to No. 3 with 43K (185 album only/54 million song streams), while Elvis Presley‘s The Classic Christmas Album claimed No. 4 with 40K (2.7K album only/48 million song streams). Burl Ives‘ Rudolph, The Red Nosed Reindeer ranked No. 5 with 39K (656 album only/49 million song streams).
On the country streaming songs chart, Shaboozey‘s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” stayed at No. 1 with 12 million new streams, adding to 993 million ATD. Post Malone and Morgan Wallen‘s “I Had Some Help” held No. 2 with 10 million streams, adding to 869 million ATD, followed by Wallen’s “Love Somebody” at No. 3 with 9.1 million new streams, adding to 155 million ATD. Based on audio streams, Zach Bryan and Kacey Musgraves‘ “I Remember Everything” sat at No. 4 with 7.3 million streams, adding to 1.1 billion ATD. Bryan’s “Something In The Orange” remained at No. 5 with 7.1 million new streams, adding to 1.7 billion ATD.
