SOURCE, Nashville’s longest-standing organization supporting women in the music industry, has revealed its 2025 Board of Directors and Officers. The leadership team gathered with both new and returning members at the SOURCE Nashville January Luncheon Town Hall last Thursday (Jan. 23).
The 2025 Executive Board consists of President Kari Barnhart (Studio Bank), Vice President Mallory Pascal (KBFM), Secretary Kasey Cleckler (Cape & Anchor) and Treasurer Beth Tyson (FBMM). For this years Board Chairs, Erica Rosa (FBMM) will be heading Awards, Stephanie Orr-Buttrey (CountryWired), Annie Reuter (Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum) and Sarah Skates (Skates Creative) will be heading Communications, Amanda Mitchell (FSM) and Mary Lauren Teague (Belmont University) will be heading Membership, Ashley Embry (Hearts Bluff), Michelle Goble (ESQ Artist Management) and Pascal will be heading Program, Tamar Poole (Legacy Bound) will be heading Service, and Sarah Flick (Music Publisher) and Brittni Talley (NSAI) will be heading Social.
SOURCE Nashville also inducted 28 new members for 2025, including Virginia Brick (SESAC), LB Cantrell (MusicRow Magazine), Lexi Carter (WSM Radio/Opry Entertainment Group), Rachel Fontenot (Starfish Marketing & Creative), Emily Furman (Creative Nation), Aimee Graham (Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum), Aura Guadagno (Outback Presents), Sandy Howard (Sandy Howard Consulting, LLC, DBA T Squared Management), Nicole Judd (Grand Ole Opry/Opry Entertainment Group), Katie Kerkhover (BMG), Abby Lamb (FBMM), Jennifer Methling, Gina Miller (Origins Records), Adriene Miller (Salto Mgmt), Kayla Ott (The MLC), Emily Peacock (Jonas Group Publishing), Britti Phillips (Vector Management), Lindsey Ray (Steadfast Co), Karen Schillinger (CAA), Grace Schoper (Dennis Entertainment), Sarah Schumacher (Curb | Word), Chandler Nicole Sherrill (Electric Feel Entertainment), Debra Stella (411 Music Group), Kortney Toney (Academy of Country Music), Samantha Vandiver (Blankenship CPA Group PLLC), Tiffany Wiggers (O’Neil Hagaman, LLC), Stacey Willbur (TIM Publishing) and Michelle Zarr (Concord).
SOURCE concluded 2024 with a series of luncheons covering a variety of topics such as the touring industry, with insights from FBMM’s Betsy Lee and Post Malone’s tour manager Mark Oglesby; the importance of setting boundaries, featuring Big Loud Senior VP of A&R Sara Knabe, singer-songwriter Emily Shackelton and Porter’s Call Co-Executive Director and Counselor Beth Barcus; stories of sync success, with Anacrusis’ Liz Rogers, Honestly Good Music’s Katie Jelen and recording artist Sam Tinnesz; and the challenges of being a woman in the music business. The latter session honored the 2024 SOURCE Hall of Fame inductees Teena Camp, Marty Craighead, Kathy Harris, Sheree Spoltore, and Jo Walker-Meador Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Jeannie Seely.
