WME Promotes Sara Pincus & Lauren Cunningham
WME has promoted Sara Pincus within the Brand Partnerships department and Lauren Cunningham to Agent in the country music department.
Pincus is a Los Angeles native with a background in Advertising, having studied at Syracuse University. She began her career at WME in 2018 at the Beverly Hills office, initially working in the PA department before relocating to the Nashville office in 2019, where she supported Music Agents Austin Mullins and Mark Roeder. After being let go due to the pandemic in 2020, Sara returned to WME in February of 2021, joining the Brand Partnerships department to work for both Michael Jasper and Shari Lewin all while participating in the Agent Trainee program. In early 2024, she was promoted to coordinator within the department.
Cunningham began her career with WME during her undergraduate years at Ole Miss, serving as a Coordinator for Brand Activations with the Athletic Department. Upon graduation from the University of Mississippi, Lauren started work at WME Nashville as an assistant, before leaving in 2020 to work with Rogue Management artists Ingrid Andress and Fletcher. Lauren continued her education with additional certifications in Digital Marketing Strategies from Northwestern’s Kellogg Business School. Upon her return to WME Nashville in 2021, while in the Agent Trainee Program, Lauren worked with WME Partners Henry Glascock and Abby Wells Baas.
