Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar Celebrates Grand Opening Of Las Vegas Location
Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar celebrated the grand opening of its Las Vegas location on Thursday (Dec. 5). The new space marks the venue’s fourth location.
Additionally, Aldean was honored with a key to the Las Vegas Strip by Clark County Commissioner James Gibson, who officially declared Dec. 5 as Jason Aldean Day, stating that the city “considers him one of [their] own.”
Addressing the crowd, the artist expressed, “I hope we do everyone proud.”
His wife Brittany joined him to cut the ribbon and officially welcome everyone to the venue. Lindsey Stirling, Chancey Williams, RaeLynn and Easton Corbin, among others, were in attendance to show their support. Guests explored both the Tractor and Guitar Bar as well as the large terrace, while enjoying bites from the southern-inspired menu, sipping on signature cocktails and snapping photos.
Later that night, Aldean performed tunes, including “Whiskey Drink,” “Dirt Road Anthem” and “My Kinda Party,” and handed out tequila and whiskey shots.
“This is wild,” he shared. “I started playing in bars, so to have my own bar now here in Las Vegas, right in the heart of the Strip, is amazing.
“As somebody that came up playing in clubs, I know how important it is to have an outlet to play. Whether it’s a new artist trying to break through, maybe with a hit or two, or local artists, it gives them a venue to play and build their following,” Aldean continued. “It’s not only a cool bar, but also [a] cool [place] for artists and out-of-town acts who can get booked here. As a struggling artist early on in my career, places like this—really well done, with great sound systems—were hard to come by. That’s what this place offers.”
