Reservoir Signs Mary Kutter To First Publishing Deal [Exclusive]

Reservoir Media, Inc. has signed country singer-songwriter Mary Kutter to her first publishing deal. The deal includes Kutter’s full catalog and future works, including rising hit songs “Wreckage” by Nate Smith and “Never Leave” by Bailey Zimmerman.

Kutter’s works have accumulated over 100 million streams and have been featured across national ad campaigns, including the United States Postal Service as well as television series and movies across Netflix, Amazon and Showtime. In the last year, Kutter has celebrated the success of “Never Leave” by Zimmerman, which hit No. 1 on Sirius XM Highway, and Smith’s hit “Wreckage,” which is currently sitting at No. 31 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.

Reservoir EVP of Creative, John Ozier, shares, “Mary’s personality is as infectious as her melodies. Her positive attitude coupled with her fierce work ethic is already paying dividends with cuts by some of country music’s biggest artists.” He adds, “Working with an incredible talent and wonderful person like Mary is one of the most rewarding parts of this business, and she is a great addition to Reservoir’s ever-expanding roster of country artists.”
