Brandi Carlile is gearing up for the release of In The Canyon Haze, a new deluxe edition of her No. 1 album, In These Silent Days, on Sept. 28 via Low Country Sound/Elektra Records. In celebration of the new project, a new version of her current single, “You and Me on the Rock (In the Canyon Haze)” featuring her wife Catherine, is available now.

Produced by Carlile and Phil and Tim Hanseroth, the expanded album features reimagined, Laurel Canyon-inspired versions of each song from the original album, plus a special rendition of David Bowie’s “Space Oddity.”

“I knew I wanted to offer our fans more than just the usual ‘bonus track’ that always feels like a creative way to ask fans to buy your album twice! So, the twins and I locked ourselves in the attic studio in my barn just like the old days…and we reimagined our entire record.,” Carlile shares. “Inspired by these past few life altering years of ‘Joni Jams,’ I conjured up imagery from the infamous music scene in Laurel Canyon… I could see the cast of California Dreamers with embroidered flowers and peace signs on their backs drifting through a polaroid haze.”

A limited-edition deluxe vinyl of the expanded record will be available exclusively at indie retailers starting Nov. 25 and everywhere on Dec. 2.

Carlile is currently in the midst of her “Beyond These Silent Days” headlining tour with upcoming shows at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Boston’s TD Garden and New York’s Madison Square Garden, among others.

In These Silent Days (Deluxe Edition) In the Canyon Haze Track List:
1. Right On Time
2. You And Me On The Rock feat. Catherine Carlile

5. Letter To The Past
6. Mama Werewolf
7. When You’re Wrong
