Jason Isbell Slates Eight-Night Ryman Residency For October
Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit will play an eight-night residency at the Ryman Auditorium in October as part of the Ryman’s 130th anniversary celebration.
The shows mark the group’s sixth residency at the Mother Church and will take place on Oct. 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 21, 22 and 23. Tickets go on sale this Friday, June 24 at 10 a.m. CT at ryman.com.
The Residency has become a tradition for Isbell who has welcomed a variety of guests in previous years, including Nashville-based bands such as Bully and Diarrhea Planet, his wife Amanda Shires, Brittney Spencer, Mickey Guyton, Amythyst Kiah, Shemekia Copeland, Allison Russell, Joy Oladokun, and more.
This year’s eight-night stand will feature guests Peter One, Grace Group Gospel Choir, Vagabon, Kevin Kaarl, Leyla McCalla, Shires, Hermanos Gutierrez, and Cimafunk.
