Onder will operate as Project Manager for ONErpm’s Outlaw & Country clients. She is a new hire who most recently worked at CMG/The Orchard as Marketing Manager. She will be responsible for Adam Calhoun, Struggle Jennings, Moonshine Bandits, Cash Campbell and Trey Lewis on ONErpm’s artist roster. She can be reached at stephanieonder@onerpm.com.

Murphy will become the Country Project Manager. She comes most recently from Live Nation, and will be responsible for Brett Kissel, Love and Theft, and Pam Tillis. She can be reached at smurphy@onerpm.com.

Childers, who was previously Project Manager, has been upped to the Senior and Lead Project Manager of Pop and Dance. She will be responsible for Paul Oakenfeld, Elohim, Sebastian Paul and Ookay. She can be reached at casey@onerpm.com.

Garcia will act as the new Director of Marketing for Verge Records. She is the founder of House of Darlings, and comes most recently from AMG. She will oversee marketing strategies for Trace Adkins, Chuck Wicks, Scott Stevens, Jay Allen and will add support to ONErpm’s country music roster. She can be reached at dianagarcia@vergerecords.com.

McLeod, formerly Project Manager, has been promoted to Associate Director of Artist Marketing/Head Product Manager of Alt & Rock. She will be responsible for Sports, Bryce Fox, Small Pools, Solence, and the Cult Records label. McCleod will continue to oversee all of ONErpm’s product managers in the U.S and can be reached at julia@onerpm.com.

“I’m thrilled to welcome these smart, creative and talented executives to our Nashville team and ONErpm family,” says McLeod. “This is an office I’m incredibly proud of and I’m looking forward to all the great ideas and campaigns our new members will bring to the table.”

With the company’s 26+ international offices, ONErpm specializes in disciplines such as PR, promotion, advertising, DSP, digital, direct-to-fan, and social media marketing to help grow an artist’s business worldwide.
