Chris Young Welcomes Scotty McCreery, Payton Smith For 2020 World Tour
Chris Young, Scotty McCreery, and newcomer Payton Smith will visit a range of arenas and amphitheaters this year, when Young’s headlining Town Ain’t Big Enough World Tour 2020 launches on May 28 in Detroit.
As the first leg of the tour makes stops in U.S. cities including Atlanta, Dallas, Seattle, and more, Young will also highlight several Next From Nashville artists at his concerts, with Young and his management company The AMG Management personally selecting artists to play each week during the tour.
“Everyone has been asking about this year since the last tour ended, so I’m happy I finally get to tell everybody about these shows,” Young says. “The ‘Town Ain’t Big Enough’ tour is gonna be the biggest one yet!”
In 2019, Young made several high-profile television appearances including Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, CMA Country Christmas, and CMT Crossroads with Gavin DeGraw. This year, he launched the weekly podcast The Quad with Chris Young. Later this year, he will release a new album, bolstered by his latest single “Drowning,” as well as “Raised On Country” and “Town Ain’t Big Enough,” which features a guest vocal from Lauren Alaina.
The Live Nation-promoted tour will be part of Live Nation’s Country Megaticket, with tickets going on-sale for select cities beginning Jan. 24.
