Mike DePippa has joined Thirty Tigers as SVP/Promotion and Artist Development. In his role, DePippa will oversee alternative, rock and pop radio promotion as well as contribute to marketing and artist development campaigns. He will work alongside current VP/Contemporary Radio Promotion, Lindsay Reid, and report to company president, David Macias.

DePippa was most recently SVP Promotion at Island Records, and previously ran Rock Formats Promotion for Republic and Columbia Records. He also spent time at Epic and Elektra Records.

Macias says, “Mike is an incredible industry executive with great relationships and a tremendous amount of respect across all facets of the music industry. We are thrilled that he made the decision to relocate to Nashville and to join the team.”

DePippa added, “I couldn’t be more thrilled and grateful to join David, Nancy and the team at Thirty Tigers. The company’s commitment to artist development and their independent, entrepreneurial spirit make it a perfect fit for this next step in my career.” DePippa can be reached at md@thirtytigers.com.

This year, Thirty Tigers’ releases have included a new album from Bruce Hornsby along with new music from Joy Williams, Josh Ritter, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Jamestown Revival, Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors as well as the debut album from Ian Noe.

Still to come this year from Thirty Tigers are new albums from The Milk Carton Kids, Allison Moorer, Chris Knight and southern-rock stalwarts, Whiskey Myers.
