Big Machine’s Scott Borchetta Buys Music Row Properties
Ray Stevens has sold the last of his properties in the Music Row area to Big Machine Label Group leader Scott Borchetta. According to public records, Borchetta’s Super 98 Holdings LLC paid $6 million for .9 acres of land, including five properties of 1208-1216 17th Ave. S.
Big Machine Label Group is currently headquartered at 1219 16th Ave. S. in Nashville’s Music Row area, though the company is housed in multiple buildings in the Music Row area.
Stevens has moved his business to his CabaRay Showroom facility, which opened last year in West Nashville. The sale of the buildings follows another real estate transaction from earlier this year, when Stevens sold his property at the corner of 17th Avenue and Grand Avenue to developer Hall Emery. An office building is set to be constructed on the property.
