Former SESAC Headquarters Purchased
The building at 55 Music Square East, home to the former SESAC headquarters, has been purchased by Jim Caden. According to Nashville Business Journal, Caden has plans to occupy one suite in the 16,000-square-foot building and lease the rest, after completing more than $500,000 in renovations.
In 2016, SESAC moved its headquarters to another building in the Music Row area, at 35 16th Ave. S.
