Earlier this week, the BMI rooftop was brimming with industry tastemakers, friends and family eager to hear from BMI songwriters Kalie Shorr and Morgan Wallen. The evening kicked off with a private toast honoring Wallen’s first No. 1 hit as an artist, “Up Down,” with BMI executives and songwriters CJ Solar, Michael Hardy and Brad Clawson. The summer rooftop series offers a unique opportunity to enjoy stunning views of the Nashville skyline while enjoying complimentary food and beverage and the best of Music City’s veteran and rising talent. The summer’s two remaining shows will take place on Aug. 21 and Sept. 11.
