Garth Brooks To Play Free Nashville Show

Garth Brooks is set to play a free show at Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater this month.
Garth: The Celebration Show will take place Monday, Oct. 24, to commemorate Brooks becoming the first recording artist to earn seven Diamond certifications from the Recording Industry Association of America. The show will a scaled down concert featuring many of Brooks’ radio hits.
The announcement was made today (Oct. 3) during a press conference in Nashville, where Governor Bill Haslam also named Brooks as Tennessee’s Goodwill Ambassador.
