Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill at Destiny USA owes back taxes, according to syracuse.com. The state filed a new tax warrant against the restaurant earlier this month for more than $107,000; the debt is related to taxes the business owes the state from the first quarter of 2013. This is in addition to $145,000 in sales taxes it owes from the second and third quarters of 2013. The business previously owed $189,000 from that period, but paid some of that debt after the state filed a warrant earlier this year.
The location remains open.
