OakPoint Purchases Music Circle Property For $1.35 Million
2 Music Circle South, Nashville
OakPoint Real Estate has purchased the property located at 2 Music Circle S. for $1.35 million. The seller is listed as New Life International. The property includes a 9,118-square-foot office building, which has undergone renovations in recent years.
“We are enthusiastic about this investment in a quality property in a very dynamic and exciting location,” said Justin Albright, OakPoint principal. “The building will represent a long-term investment property for OakPoint, which plans to manage and lease the asset.”
