$39 Million Building Permit Granted For Music Row Apartments
A $39 million building permit has been granted for an 431-unit Music Row area apartment building. The 19-story commercial building is located at 1515 Demonbreun Street. The structure will include 6,000-square-feet of ground level retail area, a 600-space parking deck, and other amenities.
According to the permit, JE Dunn Construction Company will lead the project. Childress Klein Properties announced the ground breaking on the construction in February 2014.
