Our system takes up to one business day to process your order. Once the order is processed, please allow up to 24 hours before your daily news emails begin.

If you are renewing an existing membership, please make sure the information on your receipt is the same name or email address as your existing account. If you’d like to send a note to make sure we identify it as a renewal and not a new membership, please email store@musicrow.com.

For RowFax Subscriptions…

Our system takes up to one business day to process your order. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email with your login information (Username and Password) for the www.RowFax.com website. Please feel free to change your password after logging in.

If you are renewing an existing subscription, please make sure the information on your receipt is the same name or email address as your existing account. If you’d like to send a note to make sure we identify it as a renewal and not a new subscription, please email store@musicrow.com. If your subscription has not lapsed, you can continue to use your existing username and password for RowFax.com. If your subscription did lapse, you can expect to receive your login information within one business day.
