Lainey Wilson joined Marty Stuart and community leaders last week for the unveiling of “Wildflowers and Wild Horses,” a new mural honoring Wilson in downtown Philadelphia, Mississippi. Created by artist A’Darrius Hanible, the mural takes its name and inspiration from Wilson’s hit song.

The unveiling is part of Stuart’s Congress of Country Music’s ongoing public art initiative, which brings country music’s history and cultural influence to life through murals honoring some of the genre’s most recognizable artists. Wilson attended the ceremony and addressed community members and fans gathered to celebrate the new installation. “Wildflowers and Wild Horses” joins a growing collection of murals throughout downtown Philadelphia honoring influential country music artists and songwriters.
