‘Grand Ole Opry: Live In London’ To Air As First-Ever Two Part Opry Live Special
The Grand Ole Opry’s historic international performance from last September will come to audiences around the world this month as the first-ever two-part Opry Live special. Grand Ole Opry: Live In London will air across Aug. 22 and Aug. 29, at 8 p.m. CT on the Opry’s official Facebook and YouTube channels, as well as through its digital streaming partners Circle Country and RFD-TV.
Grand Ole Opry: Live in London featured performances from Opry members Luke Combs, Ashley McBryde, Carly Pearce, Darius Rucker and Marty Stuart, along with special guests Mumford & Sons and acclaimed Scottish folk group Breabach.
Hosted by Opry announcer Kelly Sutton and BBC Radio 2’s Vernon Kay at London’s Royal Albert Hall, the show was presented as part of the Grand Ole Opry’s 100th anniversary celebration.
